These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Socle platform, websites, QR systems, mobile experiences, payment flows, hardware products, analytics tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Socle ("Socle," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

02Description of Services

Socle provides hospitality recognition, tipping, analytics, and staff engagement technology designed for hotels, restaurants, resorts, and hospitality operators.

03Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old to use payout-related functionality.

Users between the ages of 16 and 17 may only use payout functionality with the involvement, approval, and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law, payment providers, or financial partners.

Users who provide false age information, misrepresent their identity, bypass verification requirements, or otherwise attempt to evade eligibility rules may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.

04Payments and Tips

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe.

Socle facilitates payments between guests and hospitality workers or businesses and is not the employer of hospitality staff.

05Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Commit fraud or payment abuse
  • Manipulate tips or analytics
  • Impersonate others
  • Provide false age or identity information
  • Reverse engineer or disrupt the Services

06Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, hardware designs, trademarks, interfaces, and materials are owned by Socle or its licensors.

07Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socle shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, payment delays, or business interruption.

09Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by the Socle Privacy Policy.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
